Delivery
All orders are packed and sent from the Hey Louie studio in Kent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Most orders are sent within 2-3 working days
Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days from dispatch
We currently ship within the UK only - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
If you ever need something quickly, just drop us an email before ordering and we can let you know what’s possible.
Packaging
Everything is packed carefully to protect your items while keeping waste to a minimum. We’re mindful of our environmental impact and aim to choose eco-friendly and recyclable packaging options where possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you’ll love the items you order from Hey Louie, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:
Change of mind: You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Faulty or damaged items: If something arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to replace it, or if that’s not possible, we’ll issue a full refund.
Exemptions: Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on certain items, e.g. earrings (for hygiene reasons), handmade or personalised pieces, or vintage items with imperfections that have been clearly described and photographed.
To start a return, email hello@heylouie.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
When returning an item please package it securely, ideally in the same packaging it arrived in, especially if it’s fragile. Include your name, address and order number inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.
You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing, and note it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
